You let us know some basic information about you and your doggy, like your sizes, genders, and birthdays. You choose which plan you want, which will determine your pricing and customer discounts. You place your order….and we work on putting your first BULLY BOX together!

All orders made within the first 15 days of the month will be sent their first BULLY BOX by the end of that month. All orders made within the last 15 days of the month will be sent their first BULLY BOX at the beginning of the next month.

-> Whether its a 1 month or 6 month plan you sign up for, you will only be paying ONCE. No monthly billing or pulling from your bank account at random times! One time payment- and you're set for your BULLY BOX for however many months you choose!

-> Absolutely NO SHIPPING charges! The shipping charges are included in the price of your subscription plan, so there are no hidden fees at check-out!

-> We pick your BULLY BOX items based off of the information you give us to best match your prizes to your liking!

-> We will not send you the same items twice…ever! Every BULLY BOX you receive will be different from the last so you and your pup will have the ultimate variety of surprises!

-> Should you want to resubscribe after your plan has ended, you WILL get a return customer discount! This discount rule is set up in our store so that when you enter your customer information to resubscribe, you will receive an automatic %10 discount!

-> We will send you a tracking number for each BULLY BOX we send you, so you can have a few days heads up to know when to expect your package AND to give you peace of mind that your package won't be lost in the mail!

-> We honor you and your pups birthdays! If your birthday is in the same month as your BULLY BOX plan, we'll make sure to send you or your pup an EXTRA birthday item! If your birthday doesn't happen to be in the same month(s) as your BULLY BOX plan, don't worry- we will still hook you up with either a sticker pack or a gift certificate!

--> Each BULLY BOX sold will result in a $5 donation to either our local Fresno Bully Rescue or the Rescue of the Month!

The quotes listed above are for our customers within the United States only. We do offer our BULLY BOX to Canadian and International customers as well, and the shipping prices are included in the price.
CANADIAN & INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Please purchase your BULLY BOX in it's own order to avoid any extra shipping charges.

Every month you are guaranteed one garment from our store, which we sell on our site for $18-$29 alone.
Each individual item included in our Bully Boxes is either listed on our site for between $10-$27.

BULLY BOX subscriptions may not be cancelled after being purchased, no exceptions. Please read the BULLY BOX description and features before making your purchase.

Any item(s) sent in your BULLY BOX may not be returned or exchanged.

The address provided for your BULLY BOX subscription cannot be altered once your order is entered. Please use an address that you know you will be available to receive packages to for the entirety of your BULLY BOX plan.

We cannot provide any specialty shipping services like signature verification. All BULLY BOXES will be sent as standard ground shipping.

Any dog toys provided in your BULLY BOX are not guaranteed to withstand tugging, ripping, or tearing. We suggest all dogs be monitored while enjoying any toys included in your BULLY BOX.
